In a world where luxury is often loud, Neel built an empire by letting the product—and his hustle—do the talking. From growing up around boutique watch stores in the Caribbean to flipping his first hype piece through Instagram DMs, Neel’s journey is anything but ordinary. What started with a college kid pushing Hublots to his friends turned into a global luxury powerhouse moving multi-mil- lion dollar timepieces to the world’s most influential names.
In an industry full of noise, trends, and quick wins, the real edge comes from simply showing up—every single day. There’s no secret formula, Neel says—just hard work, a clear mindset, and being true to who you are.
Richard Mille’s in a lane of its own,” Neel says, flipping a skeleton-dial RM between his fingers. “It’s art, it’s innovation—it’s the flex that only watch guys really get.” He’s not shy about calling it his favorite brand. “People think it’s hype, but once you wear one, you feel it. It’s light, it’s loud, it’s a statement.” He points out that every detail has purpose. “There’s real engineering behind the flash.” Neel’s personal favorite? “RM 011, hands down. The way it wears, the movement, the design—crazy.” But it’s not just about the RM. “I’ve got love for classic pieces too—Patek, AP—but Richard Mille? That’s passion. That’s where I see the future.
This partnership also ties into French’s upcoming documentary, blending music, fashion, and culture, and highlights Da’von’s ability to fuse bold creativity with cultural pride.
When I started Timepiece Trading, it was never just about watches—it was about creating a movement,” Neel says. “The industry felt outdated. People wanted access, speed, transparency—and trust. That’s what we built.” Sitting in his Miami office, surrounded by his exclusive inventory, he reflects on TPT’s rise. “It got real when the phones wouldn’t stop ringing—million-dollar watches were moving like sneakers.” But behind the flash was serious hustle. “I’ve flown across the world for a single piece. We don’t just sell watches—we hunt for them.” On celebrity clients like Jake Paul, Neel keeps it simple: “It’s all organic. We don’t chase clout—we build real relationships.” As for what’s next? “There’s no finish line. We’re building an empire. This is just chapter one
As soon as I graduated college, I was set on real estate,” Neel says. “I got a job in Jersey, and six days in, Hurricane Irma hits St. Martin—where I grew up.” With the island’s cruise port destroyed, tourism vanished overnight, crippling his family’s business. “I quit my job and flew back home. My dad didn’t even know what Instagram or Facebook were—I built those pages for him and started posting his watches. In six months, we hit 10K followers, which back then was major.” Neel began flipping watches people were DM’ing him about—pieces his dad didn’t even carry. “
That first flip was a rush. After that, I knew I could build something on my own.” His drive took him global. “I went to Dubai, rented a 488 Spider for $2,500—when I had $3K total. But that drive changed me. I needed to own it, not rent it.” A year and a half later, he did. From flipping out of a 3,000 sq ft apartment with his business partner Sean, they moved $13 million in revenue in their first year. “We worked every day. No days off, just grind.” But his roots stayed close. “It started in my dad’s garage. My parents backed me. My brother came on when it got serious. We trust each other completely—that’s rare.” His brother adds: “Neel’s the gas. He pushes hard. I’m more the brakes. We balance each other.” For Neel, it’s bigger than business: “We’re not just building a company—we’re building legacy.
I think working with your brothers is one of the biggest reasons for our success,” Neel’s brother says. “When everyone has the same mindset and goal, there’s no friction—no one’s pulling in a different direction. We were raised with the same values, the same discipline, and that really shows in how we run the business.” The communication is seamless, the respect is mutual. “If Neel tells me to do something, I do it—there’s no ego involved. We’re brothers, we’ve dealt with each other our whole lives.” That foundation of trust lets them move fast and stay aligned.
“I’ve learned almost everything from Neel and my dad. Since moving to Miami, I’ve grown a lot—I’m more focused, more public-facing, more confident. Neel pushes hard, he’s got that fire. He’s always thinking five steps ahead.” That same ambition is fueling their next moves. “We don’t want people to think we’re just watch dealers. Timepiece Trading is becoming a full luxury lifestyle brand. We’re expanding to Dubai, doing private jets, exotic cars… when someone thinks of luxury in Miami—or Dubai—we want them to think of us.” And when it comes to watches, they’re known for the rarest of the rare. “We’ve got two RM11 Midnight Fires—only 88 in the world. That’s 3% of global supply in one case.” He laughs, pointing to another. “That’s a $650K Patek. Factory diamonds. We’ve got like $10 million in this one box.” But to them, the most valuable asset isn’t in a display—it’s the trust and loyalty built within the family and with their clients. “That’s what keeps the whole engine running.”
