Keith Carlos starts his mornings like clockwork. He attends to his kids, checks his day trading updates, and sends his eldest off to school, all before tackling the rest of his demanding schedule. Reflecting on his time as former NFL player for the Philadelphia Eagles, he shares, “Being an athlete, you are up early for team meetings and practice, so it’s second nature to get up early and get everything started.” That ingrained discipline has stayed with him, driving his success in multiple industries, modeling, business, and fatherhood. Keith is quick to acknowledge his childhood dream of playing professional sports, a goal he realized in his twenties. But after facing the inevitable burnout that comes with a career in professional athletics, and some challenges that come with the highly physical and competitive sport, he was pushed to explore modeling. This pivot allowed him to tap into new opportunities and creative freedom, which ultimately leading to his interest in acting and something he continues to pursue. Keith approaches every new role with the same enthusiasm and commitment to growth, embracing each one as a fresh challenge.

His current venture into day trading is a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit . “I have always had a keen interest in business,” he explains. “Even when I don’t know something, I make it a point to dive deep into it and study relentlessly until I get it right. I am a perfectionist, so I am always determined to master whatever I set my mind to.” This mindset has shaped Keith’s journey both personally and professionally. As the first in his family to graduate from college, he faced doubts from others about his ability to succeed. “Growing up, I had certain people telling me I would never graduate,” Keith recalls. “But those doubts only fueled me. They became the driving force that pushed me to prove them wrong. It gave me the grit and tenacity to rise above any limitations, and I have already changed the trajectory of my last name.”

Over the years, Carlos has crafted a persona that goes far beyond his on-camera presence.
